Class Descriptions:

Boot Camp: Build the body you've always wanted, STRONG! Class focus is on strength and endurance. Come and get addicted to this way of life!

 Work one on one with a partner using pads and gloves for fight training. Class structure emphasizes proper technique and training while giving you a hard core cardio and strength workout. Get the body of a fighter here!! 

Sunrise Saturdays: This class is a low impact class, but don't kid yourself expect to sweat. It is a one hour class that incorporates yoga, pilates, barre and strength training with bands and small hand weights.
