Survival fitness is a small personal training studio where the focus is on you and your goals. I promote healthy lifestyle changes not fad work outs or diets. I have bachelors of science in exercise science from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the national strength and conditioning association. My experience has given me a vast knowledge in all different types of settings from athletic performance to post rehabilitation and everything in between. All programs are designed for each individual so they are unique to you.
